CWT Board of Directors Appoints Douglas Anderson President & CEO
In April, the board of directors of Carlson Wagonlit Travel named Douglas Anderson president
and chief executive officer. Mr. Anderson, who joined the company as executive vice president and
chief financial officer in April 2007, succeeded Hubert Joly, who became president and chief
executive officer of Carlson, the majority shareholder of CWT, on March 1.
